Full-Process-Chain CNC Machining Capabilities
Our equipment matrix comprehensively covers 3-axis, 4-axis, 5-axis, small gantry, and CNC lathes, providing one-stop solutions for your custom needs, from micro parts to large structural components.
Equipment Capability Overview
3-Axis CNC Milling Center
Positioning accuracy ±0.003mm for precision plane parts and complex cavities; efficient batch processing; automatic tool changer for continuous machining.
4-Axis CNC Milling Center
Rotary table indexing accuracy ±0.002°, enabling multi-angle positioning; improves efficiency by 40% for cylindrical parts, helical grooves, and multi-face machining.
5-Axis CNC Milling Center
Simultaneous 5-axis linkage machines complex spatial surfaces in a single setup; dynamic accuracy compensation ensures Ra ≤0.4μm; ideal for aerospace blades, impellers, and medical implants.
Small Gantry Machining Center
Worktable up to 1500×800mm for medium-to-large structural parts; high rigidity allows heavy cutting (single-sided depth up to 8mm); ideal for mold bases and equipment frames.
Swiss-Type Automatic Lathe
High-speed precision machining for small-diameter long-slim parts (≤Ø21mm); single-setup complete machining (turning, milling, drilling, tapping); ±0.005mm for medical pins, connectors, and watch components.
Turret Lathe
High-efficiency batch production for medium shafts, discs, and sleeves (up to Ø300×500mm); multi-tool turret minimizes idle time; cost-effective for 1,000-20,000 pieces at ±0.05mm.
CNC Lathe
Versatile precision turning for rotary parts (up to Ø150×300mm); excellent for prototypes and small-to-medium batches at ±0.005mm; supports plastics, aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and copper alloys.
CNC Turn-Mill Center
Combines turning, milling, drilling, and tapping in a single setup (Ø200×280mm); eliminates multiple setups, reduces lead time by 40%; ideal for off-center holes, cross-holes, flats, and grooves.
